How Do People Find Our Etsy Shops?

And how do we know what’s working?
That’s my latest ‘idea’ for the etsy forum. I would LOVE to find out how people are finding my shop! I know Google Analytics is helpful but I don’t know which statistic turns into a sale…and that’s what I want to know.
I would love to hear how you find shops, how you found me and if you would like to weigh in on my ‘idea’ you can do it here on etsy (or in my comment section):

I'd love to know too! I always ask, but have only had one response from a buyer. On that particular purchase the item had just been on the front page, so I was sure I knew the answer - but no. The buyer said she never looked at treasuries, and hadn't seen it on FP. Twas just a random search.
