1980’s Polk a Dot Dress, Medium from Wanderlost
more about Wanderlost: The name "wanderlost" is sort of a play on the phrase "not all who wander are lost." Well, I love to wander. . . and as I travel, I shop. Wanderlost Clothing specializes in vintage clothing and accessories, but occasionally something hand-made by yours truly will pop up!
Booth 22.
Clothespin Bag / Plastic Bag Holder – Shelly from Mauk
more about Mauk: Hi - My name is Andrea and I am a designer who loves to make stuff.
Even as a kid, I would write to Santa for markers, glue, construction paper, or the mother of all supplies (for a kid), the Crayola 64 pack. I even remember the "Make and Do" edition of the Childcraft book series as being my favorite book.
I went on the receive a BFA with an emphasis in Graphic Communications. Once I settled down a little, I went through several crafting phases until I landed back on sewing (I moved around for about 5 years with my mother's old machine until I finally plugged it in).
I am enamored with all the fabric, projects and possibilities - and it never "gets old" for me, so I decided to put my products here for you to see.

Bib/Burp Cloth Set- Poppin Colors from mypoplin
more about mypoplin: Poplin started when I decided to find a hobby. I am 25 years old, a wife, mother of two little boys and work full-time at Heartland Community Church near Madison, WI. I love everything in my life and feel so blessed for what God has given me but I needed something just for me. My mom is extremely crafty, very talented and has been sewing for years. Over the past year she’s been encouraging me to find a hobby, something I can enjoy and be proud of doing. Before the birth of my first son I spent hours looking for hip and trendy yet affordable baby blankets, bibs and burp clothes. All the traditional bears, ducks, green and yellow prints are cute but I wanted something different and chic. In the end my mom decided to buy trendy fabric and make them all for me and my baby. They not only were useful and so cool but I received countless compliments on them.
So with the arrival of my second son and me now caring for two little ones I decided a hobby was definitely needed. My love for hip and trendy baby items inspired me to start making blankets, bibs and burp clothes for all those chic mommies and babies out there. With a three week old in toe I went to the fabric store, bought a machine, tons of fabric and anything else I thought would be helpful. My mom started giving me sewing lessons, my husband began creating the website and just like that Poplin began.
Although it can be challenging to find time for my hobby I am passionate about giving moms and babies a trendy alternative to the traditional baby necessities.

Elephants from Lulu’s Stabby Critters:
more about Lulu’s Stabby Critters: I love to make stuff, needle felting is my favorite thing in the whole world right now. It's really time consuming but very worthwhile.
I love being creative, and being in the company of creative people and nothing makes me happier than completing a tricky project......aaaah the sense of accomplishment.
I love commission work so if you were looking for a particular needle felted critter or person let me know. I love feedback to so don't be shy. I don't bite until I get to know you.
I am currently trying to put a website together to show a little more of my work so please check it out at www.stabbies.com

Soft Play Block Set – Robots from Noodleroll
more about Noodleroll: Noodleroll is the creativity of Douajee Vang. Established in January of 2008, Noodleroll gave Douajee a way to express herself and her creativity through her arts and crafts. As you can see, she doesn't settle on just one craft, but keeps herself occupied with an assortment, and it doesn't stop there. Nope, there are still many ideas running through her head and scribbles, notes and sketches on papers all over her studio.
If you missed out on the first artist features make sure you head back to Volume I, Volume II, Volume III, and Volume IV.
