I just put a few things in the mail box (a typewriter ring and my application for a Columbia County Barn Quilt) and I saw TWO baby Sand Hill Cranes!  How neat is that!?

Unfortunately my baby girl, Capri, has had a fever for the last three days so getting things made for the Dragon Art Fair (http://www.dragonartsgroup.org/)  this Saturday has been a bit difficult.  But I’ve still managed to get a few things made…

A sneak peak at what I’ll have at the sale:

I’m making bags out of fabric that I have hand painted!  I just heat set more fabric last night and hopefully I’ll find a little time in the next few days to create some more amazing bags from them. 

One last bit of news.  Etsy is organizing a Mass Craft Party Meet Up on June 18th in honor of Etsy’s birthday.  The 50 locations that have the most RSVP’s will receive free craft kits from etsy!  They are looking on June 7th so that doesn’t give us more time to spread the word – but if you are in the Madison Area you can sign up here:  http://www.meetup.com/Etsy-Craft-Party/2702/
