A Look Back – Season 2 of Project QUILTING
Sometimes it’s nice to take a look back at all the work that was done in just a few short weeks. 33 different quilters submitted 100 different quilts over the coarse of the 12 week challenge…here’s a look back to see the amazing work that was done! Challenge 1: Primary Colors
Challenge 2: What’s in A Name?
Challenge 3: Be My Valentine
Challenge 4: Hardware Store
Challenge 5: Flying Geese
Challenge 6: Large Scale Prints
An amazing job was done by all! Fantastic job! If you were unable to complete the challenges – feel free to use them as inspiration for future pieces or even use them for guild challenges.
Off Season challenges will be posted monthly. Here’s the current challenge: It’s All In Your Initials.

Love the photo mosaics! You can see all of them at one glance! There were some really creative quilt projects! It was amazing to see all of them.
When we were creating the projects, I loved looking at the Flicker - Work in Process Group to see what everyone was working on. It was so cool to see the beginning fabrics, drawings, and how everything comes together.
Thanks for sharing all of them in the mosaics!
I truly loved judging this season! Every week the entries were so creative, and the descriptions of the inspirations were so heartfelt.
Thanks to everyone who shared your work and your inspirations - it was a privilege getting to participate with so many talented quilters (although it was often agonizing having to assign scores!)
