Project QUILTING – Season ONE – Sponsors and PRIZES!
To read more about Season ONE click HERE!
Here are the Grand PRIZES we have So Far (feel free to email me at lapaceksorchard@gmail.com if you are interested in finding out more details on what it means to sponsor a prize for Project Quilting)
A $50 Gift Certificate to the Fat Quarter Shop! The Fat Quarter Shop is also generously donating $10 to each the popular and judges winner each week! How Exciting!!!!
A Bali Pop from FabricFascination! If you haven’t heard of Bali Pops before it’s a 40 piece package from Hoffman Fabrics, cut into 2 1/2" x 44" strips[6 x 112 cm]. How amazing!
A set of handmade buttons from TessaAnn! You will be winning the same Cherry Blossom Buttons that I happened to have on hand for the Apple Blossom Challenge – they were the perfect addition to my challenge piece (IMHO).
FabricAlaCarte is also going to be sponsoring some prizes for a challenge and a Grand Prize. We’re not sure what it’s going to be yet but I’m sure if you look through her shop, you’ll see that it will be fantastic!
One of our die hard ‘Project Quilters,’ LoveBugStudios, is donating a Spider Web Starter Kit from her destash shop – StashedCache. This is a new thing she’s going to be offering so you’ll have to stop back later for more details and to find out what a Spider Web Starter Kit IS exactly…
QuiltsbyBarb is donating a $30, non-transferrable gift certificate to her machine quilting services (expiring February 28th, 2011). The picture above is a close up of some of her work. She does such an amazing job – stop by her website, www.quiltsbybarb.com to see more of it!
AND QuiltsbyBarb will also be running a drawing for $50 off at the 2010 Quilt - Papercraft - Scrapbooking Retreat Getaway Weekend. We realize that it is not feasible for everyone participating in this challenge to get to the Weekend (November 12, 13, and 14th in Belmont, WI) so here’s what we’re going to do:
Every time you complete a challenge for Project Quilting – Season ONE you will let me know if you want to be entered into the drawing for the gift certificate. This means you can possibly be entered EIGHT times for this fantastic gift certificate to the Getaway Weekend. If you would be unable to attend due to distance or scheduling conflicts, just let me know and we won’t enter you in the drawing.
Diane and I will also be donating a great selection of patterns and some of our hand-dyed fabric. It never hurts to add to your fabric stash and your pattern collection.
I also now want to thank FABRICS N QUILTS for donating a $50 gift certificate to their online shop to the Grand Prize WINNER! WOW! This goodie bag is getting better and better!
